Insolvency Hits Dusseldorf-Based Peek & Cloppenburg KG, Germany’s largest fashion retailer

At the Düsseldorf District Court, the fashion shop Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf (P&C) has requested a protective shield procedure. It was revealed on Friday that Dirk Andres, a restructuring expert with the legal firm Andres Partner, is assisting management with the restructure.
