Over a 100 of people have been killed in an Israeli air raid on the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, according to a medical official and Palestinian authorities in the besieged territory.
“More than 100 people have been killed,” Dr Atef al-Kahlout, director of the Indonesian Hospital, told Al Jazeera. He said the hospital was not yet able to provide the total number of casualties as it was still counting the victims.

Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer hid a staggering 80 percent of deaths that were recorded during Covid vaccine trials as part of an apparent effort to secure authorization for public use from federal regulators.
A new study revealed that Pfizer-BioNTech was aware of a large number of deaths that occurred during the trials but held back the information from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The Big Pharma company reportedly delayed reporting vaccine-associated deaths among BNT162b2 clinical trial participants until after the FDA issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the mass public use of the product.
According to analysis in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research, Pfizer also failed to account for vast numbers of participants who dropped out of the drug trials.
Experts are now raising the alarm about the discovery these strategies kept regulators and the public in the dark about a 3.7-fold increase in cardiac deaths among subjects who received the vaccine.
The authors of the paper described it as a “forensic analysis,” defined by the U.S. National Institute for Standards and Technology as “the use of scientific methods or expertise to investigate crimes or examine evidence that might be presented in a court of law.”

A senior member of Hamas has said the Palestinian militant group was surprised by America’s reaction to recent violence in Gaza, suggesting the US could enter the fight after it sent thousands of troops and a pair of aircraft carriers to the region.
In an interview with the Financial Times published on Friday, Ali Barakeh, a member of Hamas’ political leadership based in Lebanon, said the group “didn’t expect this much of a response” from the US.
“An Israeli response? Yes, we expected that,” he said. “But what we’re seeing now is the entrance of the US into the battle, and this we didn’t count on.”
