Slovakiaβs anti-globalist Prime Minister Robert Fico has announced a temporary halt to all government purchases of expensive COVID-19 vaccines, raising alarm over newly uncovered findings suggesting undeclared DNA and other foreign substances in mRNA vaccine doses administered in the country.
Ficoβs decision follows an official report by Dr. Peter KotlΓ‘r, the governmentβs designated pandemic policy reviewer, who concluded that certain vaccine samples contained alarmingly high levels of residual DNA compounds that manufacturers like Pfizer and Moderna failed to disclose in official documentation, the Slovak portal Aktuality reported.
KotlΓ‘r, a vocal critic of the international pandemic response, has not minced words, referring to COVID-19 as a βfabricated operationβ and characterizing the vaccine rollout as βbioterrorism.β
At a press briefing on Wednesday, Fico said it would be βirresponsibleβ to ignore such serious findings. βWeβre not buying any more doses or spending another euro until we get real answers,β he said, referencing a 2023 contract obligating Slovakia to purchase nearly 300,000 additional doses by 2026, at a taxpayer cost exceeding β¬5.7 million.
Fico also suggested that the government should inform the population about the βserious findingsβ regarding the jabs. βAlthough Covid-19 vaccination rates are extremely low, people deserve such a warning,β he said.
The prime minister went on to propose that Slovakia suspend the purchase of additional vaccines from the unspecified manufacturer, which it is obligated to do under a contract signed by the former government in 2023.
