Moscow and Washington seek to restore bilateral ties and pave the way for a settlement of the Ukraine conflict

Top Russian and US diplomats are holding talks in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to find a way to restore diplomatic relations, set the stage for a summit between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart, Donald Trump, and pave the way for resolving the Ukraine conflict.

The Russian delegation is led by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and includes Yury Ushakov, Putin’s top foreign policy aide. Kirill Dmitriev, the CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), is also taking part in the negotiation process. The American side is represented by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Trump’s national security adviser, Mike Waltz, and Steve Witkoff, the special envoy for the Middle East.

Neither Ukraine nor the EU is attending the meeting, with Kiev signaling that it won’t recognize the results of the talks unless it is included.

Kiev will treat any negotiations without its involvement as “null and void,” the Ukrainian leader has said

Kiev will not recognize any agreements that could be reached between Russia and the US during talks in Saudi Arabia, Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky told journalists on Monday. The Ukrainian government will only acknowledge negotiations that involve Kiev’s representatives, he added.

Russia and the US have begun preparations for a meeting between presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump that is scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia. On Monday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Yury Ushakov, Putin’s top foreign policy aide, would travel to Riyadh to meet a US delegation and lay the groundwork for a presidential meeting.

President Donald Trump on Friday signed an executive order that would strip schools of federal aid if they mandate COVID vaccines, a pool report said — a largely symbolic move considering that no states currently require them.

The order applies to students and not to teachers or staff.

“People wanted that very badly,” Trump said.

In a fact sheet provided to reporters, the White House said the order was necessary because COVID vaccine mandates were “threatening educational opportunities for students.”

“Parents are being forced into a difficult position: comply with a controversial mandate or risk their child’s educational future,” the White House wrote.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach is suing Pfizer for misleading claims it made related to the COVID vaccine. Kobach and Deputy Attorney General Fran Oleen, Assistant Attorney General Kaley Schrader, and Assistant Attorney General Melanie Jack today announced the lawsuit at a press conference in Topeka.

“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,” Kobach said.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has just made the explosive admission that Covid mRNA “vaccines” are spiked with contaminations that triggered a global surge in cancers.

The federal agency made the admission after an FDA study confirmed that Pfizer’s Covid mRNA “vaccine” contains dangerous levels of excess DNA contamination.

As Slay News previously reported, leading scientists have been warning for some time that surges in deadly cancers among the Covid-vaccinated were caused by DNA fragments in the mRNA injections.

Those warnings have now been confirmed in a bombshell study conducted in the FDA’s own laboratory.

Tests conducted at the FDA’s White Oak Campus in Maryland found shocking levels of DNA contamination in the “vaccines.”

The vaccine vials used during the study were sourced from BEI Resources.

BEI is a trusted supplier affiliated with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), previously headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci.

The findings of the peer-reviewed study were published in the Journal of High School Science.

Fire contained and radiation levels stable, but fears grow over Russian aggression.

A Russian attack drone struck the massive steel structure designed to contain the radioactive ruins of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. The International Atomic Energy Agency reported that around 2 a.m. Friday, its team at Chernobyl heard an explosion.

The drone hit the roof that protects the remains of Reactor No. 4, which melted down in 1986, triggering the worst nuclear disaster in history.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called this a terrorist threat to the entire world. Officials said the fire was contained and radiation levels remain stable. Russia issued a full denial of the incident. The attack coincided with the Munich Security Conference, where world leaders gathered to discuss global security.

Despite millions of dollars spent by groups opposed to his nomination, the senate voted to install Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at the helm of the Department of Health and Human Services.

Kennedy faced opposition from the left for his decades of espousing conspiracy theories on vaccines and from the right for his past support of abortion rights. For several weeks, it was uncertain whether he had enough senators backing him to get through.

Yesterday, Democratic senators made speeches on the floor past midnight in protest. But on Thursday morning, he had the votes to be confirmed. The vote was 52 to 48. Sen. Mitch McConnell, the former Republican majority leader and a polio survivor, joined Democrats to vote against Kennedy.

The final showdown over Kennedy’s controversial nomination was set after Republicans in the Senate invoked cloture, which started the clock ticking toward the final confirmation roll call.

If confirmed, Kennedy would control $1.7 trillion in spending for vaccines, food safety and health insurance programs. The 71-year-old has devoted his time to a nonprofit that sued vaccine makers.

Republican President Donald Trump has backed Kennedy, saying he believes RFK Jr. is “uniquely positioned” to revive trust in those public health agencies.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Donald Trump discussed Ukraine, the Middle East, energy issues, and the exchange of citizens in a telephone call that lasted for one and a half hours, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealed.

The phone conversation between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump has triggered a litany of reactions from European politicians.

Britain’s Foreign Secretary David Lammy posted a joined statement by several European states that read: “Our shared objectives should be to put Ukraine in a position of strength. Ukraine and Europe must be part of any negotiations.”
