Kiev and Seoul have accused Pyongyang of sending troops to fight on Russiaβs side

The quotation circulated by state news agency KCNA on Tuesday did not refer to specific statements by the two governments, but said their βreckless remarksβ seemed to be βa common feature of bad dogs bred by the US.β Kim also reiterated Pyongyangβs accusations against Seoul related to alleged violations of North Korean airspace.
Ukrainian officials claim that North Korean troops have been deployed on Russiaβs side in the Ukraine conflict. The countryβs leader, Vladimir Zelensky, said in a keynote speech last week that Kiev is now fighting North Korea and Iran in addition to Russia.
