The US president has accused the tech billionaire of sowing chaos with his new third-party initiative
US President Donald Trump has lashed out at Elon Musk over his plan to launch a new political party, accusing him of promoting βdisruption and chaosβ and undermining the stability of the American political system.
In a post on Truth Social late Sunday, Trump criticized Musk for what he described as erratic behavior in recent weeks, calling the tech tycoon a βtrain wreck.β
He also predicted that Muskβs proposal to form a third party β the America Party β would fail and only serve to divide voters.
βI am saddened to watch Elon Musk go completely βoff the rails,β essentially becoming a TRAIN WRECK over the past five weeks,β Trump wrote. βHe even wants to start a Third Political Party, despite the fact that they have never succeeded in the United States β the system seems not designed for them.β
