Russia is preparing for new attacks to strengthen its position in the negotiations, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on his social media account,Β APAΒ reports.
According to him, the Ukrainian army is defending its positions along the entire front line and has been making progress in the Dobropillia and Pokrovsk directions in the Donetsk region for the second day in a row.
Zelenskyy predicted that the Russian army would launch new attacks in the coming days, stating that this was aimed at strengthening Moscow’s position in future negotiations.
The Ukrainian leader noted that the Russian army was acting and preparing for this.
