Kansas is going after Pfizer for β€œfalse and misleading marketing of a vaccine”.

This is a day late and a dollar short for the millions of people hurt or killed by these poisons but a welcome action. AG Kobach is showing courage in this and should be commended.

Meanwhile Biden and Harris are spending obscene amounts of our tax money to support research and development of more mRNA poisons.

Despite their abject failure in COVID we are doubling down. mRNA vaccines are currently available or being released for the flu, COVID, monkey pox, shingles, RSV, cancer and many other ailments (some of which were caused by the original vax).

In the Nature of the Action section of the compliant, the attorney general alleges:


1.Pfizer misled the public that it had a “safe and effective” COVID-19 vaccine.


2.Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths.


3.Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.


4. Pfizer’s said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19.


5.To keep the public from learning the truth, Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about its COVID-19 vaccine.


6. Pfizer’s misrepresentations of a β€œsafe and effective” vaccine resulted in record company revenue of approximately $75 billion from COVID-19 vaccine sales in just two years. 7.


7. Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated previous consent judgments with the State of Kansas.


8.Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, K.S.A. 50-623 et seq., regardless of whether any individual consumer ultimately received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.


9. Pfizer must be held accountable for falsely representing the benefits of its COVID-19 vaccine while concealing and suppressing the truth about its vaccine’s safety risks, waning effectiveness, and inability to prevent transmission.

If Western weapons are used deep inside Russia, the consequences will have impact on both sides of the Atlantic, the ambassador has said.

The US will be directly impacted if its plans to further escalate the Ukraine conflict come to fruition, the Russian ambassador to Washington, Anatoly Antonov, warned on Monday.

Antonov was commenting on the recent trip to the US by senior officials from Kiev, including Andrey Yermak, the chief of staff of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky, and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov. According to media reports, they presented the Americans with a list of targets in Russia that they want to attack with Western long-range weapons.

Kiev argues that the lack of permission by its weapons donors to conduct long-range strikes puts Ukrainian troops at a disadvantage on the front line. Moscow has warned that it would supply similar military capabilities to enemies of the West if these types of attacks ever happen. The potential escalation would not be limited to the European continent, Antonov warned.
