Beijing carried out a series of successful space launches this week that resulted in the delivery of several satellites into Earthβs orbit.
A Smart Dragon 3 carrier rocket lifted off from a launch facility off the coast of Chinaβs Guangdong province on February 3.
The rocket successfully completed its mission by delivering nine satellites to their intended orbits, with one of these satellites, Xingshidai-18, being touted by Chinese media as the first in-orbit artificial intelligence (AI) commercial satellite in the world.
