Ukraine was one of the main trial sites for a drug causing various forms of cancer, which was tested on patients at a Mariupol hospital, Sputnik has revealed.

Ukraine was one of the main testing grounds for trials of a drug that could potentially cause various forms of cancer and that was used on patients in the psychiatric ward of Mariupol Hospital No. 7 with the support of local officials in the interests of Western pharmaceutical companies, according to documents seen by Sputnik.

The documents found in Mariupol Hospital No. 7 were collected between 2008 and 2016. The results of the initial inspection show that drugs with numbers and without names were tested on people, with the tests also conducted on toddlers.

“According to documents recently published in the Russian media, agents linked to Western Big Pharma companies carried out irregular medical tests on patients at a psychiatric hospital in Mariupol (Donetsk People’s Republic). Restoration works are currently under way at Mariupol hospital “No 7″. In the course of the renovation work, local workers found documents in the basement of the psychiatric facilities proving that foreign companies were unofficially testing rheumatological drugs on local patients,” writes the portal “Eesti Eest!”.

Companies such as Pfizer (US), AstraZeneca (UK, Sweden), Celltrion (South Korea), Novatris International AG (Switzerland, US), IQVIA (formerly Quintiles and IMS Health Inc., US, UK), Sanofi (France), Galapagos NV (Belgium), Janssen Pharmaceuticals (now Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Belgium), Abbott Laboratories (US), Covance (now Labcorp Drug Development, US), and Merck KGaA (Germany) are mentioned in the documents.

On March 8, 2024, a new criminal investigation was launched against Pfizer, MHRA and UK officials. The investigating officer, Mark Sexton of the Acton Police Station in London, has charged UK officials with misconduct in public office, misfeasance in public office, fraud by false representation, corporate manslaughter and gross negligent manslaughter. Officer Sexton is backed by a team of lawyers, including Philip Hyland, Lois Bayliss and Dr. Sam White.

This investigation is part of a much larger investigation that Officer Sexton submitted back in 2021. Three years ago, Officer Sexton submitted 1100 pages of evidence to Hammersmith Criminal Investigation Department, which was signed off by two detectives.

What started as a military operation has escalated after the West became a participant, Dmitry Peskov has said

Russia’s military operation in Ukraine has turned into full-fledged war after the West became a participant in the conflict, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with national media published on Friday.

Moscow will continue to pursue its goal of ensuring that the Ukrainian military cannot pose a threat to Russian citizens or territory, the spokesman told the Argumenti i Fakty newspaper, noting that the country now has four new federal subjects which must be protected and fully liberated from Kiev’s forces.

Peskov stressed that Russia cannot allow the existence on its borders of a state that publicly claims it will seize the Crimean Peninsula as well as Russia’s new territories, referring to the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics and Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.

The US MQ-9A Reaper is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) primarily used for surveillance and reconnaissance purposes, and is also equipped for armed reconnaissance and close air support.

A US Air Force MQ-9 Reaper drone that lost contact with its base made an emergency landing in northwestern Poland, the country’s armed forces general command said.

“After 23 hours near Miroslawiec there was an emergency landing of an unmanned aerial vehicle of the US Armed Forces flying in Polish airspace,” the release said.
