Just days earlier, North Korea test-fired a new strategic cruise missile named Pulhwasal-3-31, as reported by South Korea’s Yonhap news agency

According to various estimates, the number of nuclear weapons North Korea possesses is uncertain. However, it is believed that North Korea has produced a small arsenal of nuclear weapons, but the exact number is difficult to determine. Estimates typically range from 20 to 60 nuclear weapons.
